How to drill a perfect output jack hole?

The first key is to have experience. As we drill numerous holes, we naturally develop a skill for achieving a clean output jack hole.

The second key is the willingness to buy tools. The specialised reamer shown in Figure 2 serves a single function: enlarging a endpin hole into an output jack hole. With this tool, we can easily drill a flawless and complete hole.
