今次嘅維修需要翻新一支Vintage Gibson嘅下弦枕。由於下弦枕已經受到歲月摧殘，需要先用砂紙磨走被結他線磨蝕嘅凹痕，將下弦枕頂部打磨成合適嘅孤度。之後再喺表面加檸檬油，保養木材同埋特顯木紋，就可以重拾下弦枕最好嘅狀態喇～

某啲古董Gibson結他採用咗特別設計嘅可調式下弦枕。下弦枕可以提高或降低，方便進行結他setup。

Some vintage Gibson guitars feature a specially designed adjustable saddle. The saddle can be raised or lowered, allowing for easy setup and convenient adjustment of the guitar's condition.

This maintenance task involved refurbishing the saddle of a vintage Gibson. Due to the wear and tear over time, the saddle needed to be sanded to remove the grooves caused by the guitar strings. Subsequently, careful sanding of the top of the saddle was performed to attain the appropriate curvature. Finally, lemon oil was applied to the surface to preserve the wood and enhance its grain, effectively restoring the saddle to its optimal condition.
