Taylor GS Mini經常會出現甩Bridge嘅問題，點解呢？

主要原因有兩個。

第一，Bridge底下嘅面板油漆未清理好，而油漆會令膠水黏性不足。原廠咁做嘅原因係為咗加快完成工序。要完整咁根據Bridge嘅形狀刮走底下面板油漆，需要花費員工大量嘅時間同精力。相對地，留低邊緣位置油漆唔刮走可以慳好多時間，而且外觀上亦都非常完美。特別係GS Mini Bridge嘅兩側呈尖角形，同面板接觸嘅面積較小，因此兩側更容易出現脫落嘅情況。

第二，原廠製造嘅Bridge底部係完全平直，但係面板本身有孤度。原廠只係用夹具勉強夾住Bridge同埋面板。當一個平嘅Bridge黐喺有孤度嘅面板上，再加上弦線嘅拉力，Bridge兩側同埋後面就容易脫落。

The Taylor GS Mini often experiences bridge-lifting issues. Why does this happen?

There are two main reasons.

First, the finish underneath the bridge's surface is not properly removed, and the finish prevents the glue from adhering properly. The factory does this to expedite the production process. Removing the finish completely from the underside of the bridge, according to its shape, would require a significant amount of time and effort from the workers. Leaving some finish on the edges saves a lot of time, and it doesn't affect the appearance. This is especially problematic for the GS Mini bridge because its sides are pointy and have a smaller contact area with the surface, making them more prone to lifting.

Second, the bottom of the factory-made bridge is completely flat, but the guitar top itself has a radius curve. The factory simply uses clamps to forcefully attach the bridge to the curved surface. When a flat bridge is attached to a curved top and subjected to the tension of the strings, it is more likely to lift on the sides and the back.
